How do I return a product?
Please send an email to info@florestpure.com or a direct message via Instagram @florestpure. Kindly include your order number and provide a brief explanation for the return. Our team will respond within 24 hours.
Are there any charges for returns?
We're actively working towards providing free returns. Unfortunately, at the moment, we are unable to offer this service, and as a result, return shipping charges will be your responsibility. Our return address is located in the Netherlands.
When can I expect to receive my refund?
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, you will receive an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the item(s) are approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5 working days.
